Good but not great vise yet. Strengths:
Durable and will last forever. Good machining. Weaknesses:
Over-priced. Clunky to use. Unlike other rotary vises I own or have used, this slows me down when I use it. Like most Abel products, Steve will improve this product. Then I will buy the improved model, if it is worth the money and has better features:a rotating pin/rod on the rear knob to speed winding, an adjustable jaw angle. Compare this vise with the Pamola and I think the latter is a better vise and a better price. Customer Service:

Great reels, good vise. This vise is a bit overpriced for what you get. I had a Regal that worked fine but the jaws broke, so I decided to step it up. The tray at the bottom is nice for holding extra hooks. It looks really nice on the desk. I just can't justify paying that much again for a vise, but I can't give it a bad rating either. Strengths:
