Summary:
If you want to carry the extra weight, this is a pretty cool piece of cookware to add to your equipment list. My son and I used the BO for several meals during our 4 day backpacking trip in the Quachita Nat'l Forest and it performed very well. We made pizza, banana nut bread and the pan can double to make your eggs for b'fast!

A tad bulky in the pack but not too bad and the set up is fairly quick. Pay attention that your stove is not set on high after start up for too long or you can scorch your food. Oven temp can be monitored via the thermometer knob which is visible through the oven's convection dome hole.

All in all a great little piece of cookware that is fun and can help in adding a little variety to your meal plan on your next trip. Worth the investment for that alone.
