at Snow Leopard Mtn Spo Summary: I really like this cookset if you can stand the extra weight but need the large size in cooking for groups. It is heavy if you haul all the included items (43.8 ounces), but I really like the added option of taking it all along if I need it. You can always leave behind the tea pot (which is great for coffee as well as water) and one of the pots if you're going it alone or with a small group. The set nests together rather well, though not as tight as I'd hoped. There's wasted space here, but if you pack some cooking items (cup, dish towel, etc.) inside the tea pot, this is not a problem. The stainless steel is a great heat conductor but it's heavier than aluminum or titanium (an option most backpackers don't need unless doing high altitude hiking). On the upside of the weight, the set is sturdy and the fry pan allows for spill-free pouring of excess liquids. It cleans easily. If you have the need for a versatile set that allows for adjustment from solo trips to group outings, you'd be hard-pressed to find better. Customer Service: Not used. MSR has a great reputation for quality. Similar Products Used: Coleman Peak I Solo

Car Camper
, from Chicago, IL (U.S.) Summary: This is a great cookset for either backpacking or even car camping. It includes two basic pots (1.5 & 2-liter), the Alpine fry pan, a 1 liter teapot, and pot lifter. The stainless steel construction is very durable. The pots are super easy to clean. The teapot is great for boiling water and the drip-free pour spout is an added bonus. No more fear of spilling hot water! The entire cookset is fairly light and is stackable within the 2 liter pot.
