$0.00 Summary: I really like the design, but ...
With only light use, the wiring shorted inside the unit rendering it useless in a pinch. Far from acceptable for an outdoor product where ones life may depend on it. No issue with returning it to the store, but had the comment they have seen a number of these return with the same issue. I take my outdoor ventures seriously and Petzl should too. Fix this flaw and issue a product recall to get a better score

at REI Summary: You will never walk in the dark again. I love this head lamp. The first time I used it, I was using a friends Myo XP, and I drove my Car by it up a steep hill in the middle of the night. I was blown away how bright it was and quickly bought mine. It last forever and is BRIGHT. I regularly bike with it in the cool night. I can see everything. Its flip filter lets set it to beam or defused. It has 3 great brightness and a booster but you dont need it because you can see EVERYTHING without it. Its so light and comfortable I forget its on my head. My whole family owns one now that they have used mine or seen in action. You forget it is dark outside and never again confide to daylight. It uses 3 AA bateries that last along and blinks once to warn you that the you are running low on power with its red yellow green meter. evern with dieing bats you can see great with hands free. Everyone should own one. You can trust this one. It will take you places you never could imagined. Who needs a sun if you own the Myo XP.
