Price Paid:  $20.00 at REI return sale

Summary:
I bought this pack as a returned/defective item. I think someone just wanted to get a new pack, cuz I have now owned it for three years without a problem. It doesn't carry a lot of gear, but it wasn't designed for that purpose. The pockets and the bungee strap are all well placed, I think. It does do an excellent job of carrying my water plus a few extra items: food/snacks, dog leash, bike pump, camera or jacket, depending on what I am doing. Definitely happy with the product. When I do need a new pack I may go a size larger. A steal if you can get it cheaper than the suggested price.

Price Paid:  $75.00 at REI

Summary:
I bought this pack for dirt bike riding. I've used this pack for a while now and am very happy with it. Holds plenty of water for a full days riding and there's enough storage space for tools extra spark plugs and a power bar or 2. It's a very durable system. I've managed to loop my bike and land on my back a couple times and the bladder and the bag have held up just fine.

Price Paid:  $70.00 at REI

Summary:
I've had this pack for a little over a year now and it's served it's purpose quite admirably. I use it mostly for dirt biking. It's sleek yet still holds tools, spark plugs, and a couple power bars. It fits well over the back of my chest protector and doesn't flop around. It crashes very well, I've even landed on my back a couple times when I looped my bike and the bag and bladder survived without any damage. This is a quality product. At 100 Oz's I've ridden all day and not run out here in the Texas heat. I usually toss the fulll bladder in the freezer over night that way I have cold water all day long as the ice melts.

Customer Service:
Can't say as I haven't needed it.

Price Paid:  $55.00 at the outdoor world

Summary:
i first got the 2000 model for mountainbiking, but i use it whenever im in the boonies: hiking, backbacking (yep, lashed to the outside of the framepack) etc. it carries enough water for a demanding excursion, and keeps it snug on your bak. the mesh devider and key hook in the outer utility pocket are useful, but the outer bungee is useless for external carrying because the pack sways like a spidermonkey if you strap a jacket on the outside. dont expect to carry much beside a few granola bars, a medical kit, sunscreen and some clean socks.
the bladder feels weak but has held up so far. the pack is very well constructed, the stitching, zippers and hardware are top-notch.
if you dont own a hydration system and go out for more than a half hour, GET ONE. you will feel much better. once you've bought it, make sure to keep the inside clean.

Price Paid:  $70.00 at Copeland Sports

Summary:
Have used this product for about 1.5 years. Some minor wear but holding up fine. Has functional storage space with zippers, a clip, a strap, and a mesh pocket. Can adjust if for my petite daughter, or my larger frame. Nice product.
