If you're interrested in a great internal frame pack but are not ready to drop the big bucks on one, this is the one for you. This pack has plenty of space for the 3 to 4 night hikes. Two large sections, compression straps, and two exterior pouches for whatever you may need. It's comfortable too. Shoulder straps are fully adjustable (fits even my short frame) with chest straps too. The waist belt has 3-layer construction and fits snugly (even on the short-but-round frame of mine).
