Summary:
This is a topline pack built to custom fit a single person. It's not made or designed to fit anyone else and cannot be adjusted to do so. You send the company a specific set of measurements and color choices and they make the pack from that. Once the pack arrives, you could remove it from the shipping box, load it and take off on a trip without adjusting anything other than normal shoulder strap and waist belt tightening. Clovis will change things around, adding pockets or whatever else you desire. I use a lot of water and had a large (removable) 70oz internal hydration pocket added and another smaller (42oz) added to the top, in addition to the standard two net pockets along the waist for water bottles. The top and waistbelt can be removed from the pack and combined to create a true and comfortable fanny pack. I've carried up to 75# on multiday solo winter snowshoe trips in the Cascades and not been worn out by the load because it carries so well. I used a Gregory Nova for many years and retired it after one trip with the Clovis.

Customer Service:
Customer service is excellent and the owner will personally talk with you to resolve issues or create a specialized pack.
