I picked up this slightly smaller pack than I was used to, and have been thrilled. I figured a smaller pack would force me to skinny down the weight, and it has worked. Great service at EMS when buying and fitting it. Since then, I have used it many times and it is the most comfortable pack I have ever owned. I wish it were a little lighter (it's between 5.5 and 6 pounds), but I want to keep all its features, so have been relunctant to trim it down at all. Customer Service:
I have had great service at EMS. I have returned a pair of boots that started to fall apart long before its time (Vasque, by the way) and EMS let me trade them in with no questions asked.
