Price Paid:  $200.00 at EMS

Summary:
EMS gave me this pack for a weekend free of charge because I ordered a Gregory Whitney and they didnt have my size at the store. I was going for a weekend hike to the Sleeping Bear Dunes Natn'l Lakeshore so the pack had a lot more capacity than i needed. The pack fit pretty well but caused a little discomfort on my shoulders. Other than that the pack was great. I would reccomend this pack if you need a lot of capacity for a little money.

Customer Service:
If I bought this pack I know that the customer service for EMS stuff is excellent, I have never had any problems with anything i have ever bought from EMS.

Summary:
I bought this bag because I was looking for a large capcity pack that would suit me needs. It holds everything you could ever need, and you can lash just about anything to it. This is a very durable and comfortablle pack, that I'm glad I bought. I have used it for almost everything, Backpaking, travelling and just camping.

Summary:
I bought this for its shear size. It holds my life and then some. It fits great and is totally adjustable. It even holds my century old bag that weighs 15lbs and is the size of a volkswagon. It holds up well to all my abuse and I know EMS will cover any problems I have with it. Good lashings, ice axe loops, places to attach other EMS pack accessories. All around good deal.

Customer Service:
On the down side the straps that hold the top (fanny pack) to the pack get in the way of the front pockets. Other than that it is great. I have heard some other people complain about EMS packs not fitting well but this one is good for me!!

Summary:
This pack is a great deal, but if you need a no-fail product, you might want to look elsewhere. I found this pack to swallow an amazing amount of gear, but under the stress of repeated trips, it didn't hold up. It literally came apart at the seams. To EMS's credit, when I took it back, they accepted it without complaint or comment, and a week later, I got my pack back in the mail, fully repaired.

Customer Service:
Excellent customer service: cheerful, helpful, and effective.
