Price Paid:  $125.00 at campmor

Summary:
Great product for the price, great features. Lock down compression system, detachable waist pack, extra webbing with buckles on the bottom for sleeping pad, daisy chain are all great features. There is plenty of room and spots on the outside of the pack to attach misc gear. I have used it in the winter with snow shoes, ice axes, and saws attached; in the summer with two sleeping bags, fishing poles, and around 60 pounds of crap and still held up for the job great. The only downfall is the lack of secondary pockets, so I bought two EMS attachable zippered pockets and put them into the side compression webbing in either side, and I am good to go lugging over 6000 cubic inches

Price Paid:  $225.00 at The Backcountry,TN

Summary:
I have had this pack since 1997. It's a great pack for trips up to three days(40-45 lbs) in my opinion. I have enjoyed it thoroughly, though I'll probably go for a heavier-duty pack next time around. Great features are the waist belt cinching system, hydration system appropriation and the separation for a sleeping bag.

Customer Service:
Never have had to use it

Price Paid:  $165.00 at Bob Ward''''''''s in

Summary:
Most of the good things have already been said, so I'll just add this: cinch down the lockdown system, strap up, tighten the load levelers on top and the ones on the sides of the hip belt, and you can go boulder hopping without ANY of your load moving at all and maintain perfect weight distribution the whole time. It's a durable, great fitting, admirable-sized load monster.

Summary:
Very good pack. I've had mine for about two years now and have never had a problem with it. Best for loads 20-45 lbs, though. Just like others have said, it really can't be beat for the price.

Reviewed by: Nate W. ,  Backpacker , from Atlanta,GA (summer)/ Denver,CO (winter)

Summary:
This pack is great! Mine has been through the Alps, across the nation of Turkey, over half the Appalachian Trail, across the Wind River, and all over Colorado and Georgia. Only one repair, left bottom compression strap buckle snapped. The daisy chain is getting a little frayed. Big Whoop-de-doo! Not for really long trips, but the quality can't be beat for the price.

Customer Service:
These guys are some of the nicest!
