, from Hillsboro N.H. USA Summary: I was going to buy a pair of Formula snowshoes, I went to the Alchemy website. On thier main webpage the shoes were listed as $299.00, but on the checkout they were $329.00. I called Alchemy and they stated the shoes were $329.00, I pointed out that they should be selling at the lower advertised price. Thier response was we are slow updating our website. This has been like this for weeks! I did not buy the Alchemy shoes because a co. that has that attitude surely does not care about customer satifaction. Most co. honor thier mistakes when within reason. Similar Products Used: None

at A Sports Shop Summary: Excellent running snowshoe! The Formulas feel great and run like a dream. They are lighter than any "everyday" trainer I've tried. The crampons on the toes and metal runners under the feet give great traction that the carbon-fiber frame might not.
On the minus, the bindings are difficult to work with, but I've only strapped them on 8 or 10 times. I think they will fit to the shoe better once fully broke in. Customer Service: Bought on line at www.asportshop.com, they promptly raised their price to $269 - so I think I got a pretty good deal.
The process was painless, service was prompt. I had the shoes a couple of days after ordering via email. Similar Products Used: Good Thunder, Atlas, Tubbs, Redfeather, Crescent Moon, Powder Wing were all tried. I ran in the GTs for years but they are no longer in business.
All others that I tried seemed clumsy in comparison to the Alchemy Formulas.
