Summary:
Great shoes! Light and easy to trek in. Use on all types of snow and terrain, light to heavy loads. They perform great in all conditions. Best bindings in the business. Snow does not stick to the decking, which is very tough. 3 seasons on these shoes from backpacking, crossing lakes and streams, carrying heavy loads up mountains for work. These are a great all around shoes.

Price Paid:  $199.00 at direct from northern

Summary:
I bought these snowshoes after reading numerous reviews on the net. They are very light and strong. After a while, I even tend to forget I have snowshoes on. The bindings are simple and work great. They will keep your footwear solidly anchored to the snowshoe even after miles of extreme terrain. I'd recommend them to anyone serious about their snowshoeing activities.

Customer Service:
Fantastic. They shipped the snowshoes via airmail in Canada for free. I recieved them less than a week after ordering.

Summary:
These things a super light. They don't look very tough or strong, but after a couple of aggressive outings with these guys, and I gotta believe they can hold up. I did some crazy terrain and they held up without a scratch. Did I say these things are unbelievably light!

Customer Service:
Great!

Price Paid:  $199.00 at Northern Lite Web Site

Summary:
These are great snowshoes. I had previously bought the Crescent moon Permagrin 9 for myself and the Northern Lite Rescue for my boyfriend. I disliked the Crescent Moons emensly and loved his Rescues. I just got my Elites the other day and I love them. When you have them on it's no different from just walking in normal shoes. I would recommend these to anyone/everyone.
