I purchased a pair of 2007, size 188, Apache Chiefs at Kirkwood Sports. I ski'd them recently after a big powder dump and they did not disappoint. Outstanding speed and control both on and off piste. I am going to use them as an everyday ski. Like another rater said, ' be carefull, they are fast'.

Awesome. The king of back country and off piste, but with enough all round composure to really keep you moving even on piste. These skis are stiff, heavy and fat. Definately not for the faint hearted, they are the sort of planks that need to be respected, because they will fly if given the chance.
