I bought my pack from campmor, and it's a litte big, but the fit is good. I wish this pack was more adjustable; some times i'm only going out for a few nights and I can't fill this pack corectly, it ends up being shifty and loose. I would like the top compartment to be tighter when the pack is not completly full, and also it would be nice if the top compartment would detach and become a little fanny pack. overall its a pretty tough pack, i've never had any rips or malfuntions. My only advice would be to consider a smaller pack if you don't need all of this space, who wants to hike with hunderds of pounds on their backs anyway?

I got mine used and have taken it of several trips. It has been very comfortable and very durable. I also loaned it to a friend who is 5'6''(I am 6'2') and it fit him well. I have seen it on sale for as little as $125 at REI and I think for the amount of pack you get, it can't be beat for the price. I also have the add on pockets from Campmor that add outside pockets where there are otherwise none.

I actually don't have the 90+15l just the old contour IV. This pack has tons of adjustibility and fits great. I'm 6'4"" and 160lbs. so my body type is unusual. The reason I bought this pack is because I tried a friends on a trip a couple of years ago. He's only 5'6"" and we were able to adjust it to fit me while on the trail, amazing. Even when stocked with a weeks worth of gear this pack feels like puttting on a vest or well fitting jakcet. No hot spots and the load doesn't wing around akwardly like on some internal frame packs. I'm sure Lowe has impoved this aready classic pack with the 90+15 models.

Customer Service

I've never called customer service because the pack doesn't fall apart.

WOW! Excellent pack. Found a last year model at Galyan's for under $150. Great construction and no un-nescessary frills. Fits exceptionally well even when extremely overpacked and overweighted. Fit both me, 5'7"" and my buddy 6'3"" without a problem. Convinced him to buy one. I almost want to buy another to keep IF this one ever wears out!!

Really nice pack, I bought two extra external pockets for the pack, and it really makes it worth while. You can load an unbeleiveable amount of equipment in the pack, but then you have to carry it. Very comfortable even with a heavy load.

Very good value for the pack. Very huge, bombproof design. It is true that this pack is easily adjusted to any height. But, since the hip strap is not adjustable (it is not the length of the strap but the amount of padding) the pack will not fit larger size people. Lack of pocket and pouch. The open style sleeping bag compartment is good for carrying tent pole on the side. Overall, still a very good pack for the price, especially if you got one on sale.

Advice: Try it on with a very heavy load (since it is VERY big you ussually overstuff it).

This pack is it!!!! It's the most comfortable pack out there. It's so easy to change the shape of your load with all those straps on the side. I recommend it for people that have back trouble. It has great lower lumbar support padding. Get it.

I got this pack on sle in campmor. It is the haul-monster in my terms. You can always fit it to whomever needs to wear it. I would like, as most who buy this pack would, more outside pockets, it is too big not to have them! I do love the pack though. It is excellent for winter trips when a large sleeping bag, tent, extra fuel and food might not fit in any other pack.

This is the best backpack I have owned, and I bought it from campmor.com for $150.00 I have always had plenty of room, and I love the ways it fits my back. The custom fit on this pack is very comfortable if you are doing extended hiking.

Bombproof, well designed, and functional. Ample space for long trips. VERY adjustable for different sized people. I would recommend this as a first pack for week or longer trips.
