Strength:

These boots will last a very long time as long as proper care is given to them. Crampons are a sturdy, solid fit to these boots as well. I have regular to narrow feet and these allow for ample room in the toe box. www.drywallphilly.com

Great spring/summer/fall boot. I have used these in high alpine, low desert and all in between. The fit is great! Very comfortable out of the box. The locking lace eyelets lock foot into place for a very secure fit. The sole are like spidey's fingures on rocks, lots of grip. The leather is a waterproof leather but will leak after boot is saturated for long periods of time. Use nixwax waterproofing to help with this. There is no membrane such as gortex. Thats why they are less than $300.00. These boots will last a very long time as long as proper care is given to them. Crampons are a sturdy, solid fit to these boots as well. I have regular to narrow feet and these allow for ample room in the toe box. I buy a half size big for toe kicks and wearing sock liners etc....bottom line. These boots are awesome and i am an experienced climber with many boots retired or in closet. Great buy!
