MSR WhisperLite Internationale 600 Stove Stoves

MSR WhisperLite Internationale 600 Stove Stoves

DESCRIPTION

Whether it's white gas, kerosene, jet fuel or automobile gasoline, the Whisperlite Internationaleâ„¢ takes it all and burns it easily. The secret is in the large diameter fuel line that lets you burn poor-quality fuel with less maintenance or cleaning than other so-called multi-fuel stoves. Like the Whisperlite Shaker Jet Stove, the Whisperlite Internationaleâ„¢ features a Shaker Jet needle, which automatically pushes out any excess fuel debris with a simple flick of the wrist.

Great for international backcountry adventures, backpacking, mountaineering, kayaking and camping

Windscreen, heat reflector, fuel pump and reusable stuff sack included 14 oz. (400 g.)

Great stove. Lightweight and really hot. Very fuel efficient and packs well. My only complaints are the noise and the soot it leaves on the bottom.

This stove has always been a reliable piece of equipment for me. Saved me once when I was running low on water by melting some snow for me. Forever indebted to it. Also lightweight for backpacking, you don't even know it's there.

Thuis stove works very well and is fairly light to carry while mountain biking to a site. It produces reliable heat and You can use various fuels. The MSR white gas is kinda pricy at $4 a can, but u could use gasoline if you are feeling adventurous

Have used whisperlight a few times and have been very satisfied with its performance. The priming is easy and cooks my food with no trouble. Doesn't mater what season, hot or cold. Fits easily into my mess kit.

The MSR International is a great product, and with a little practice becomes quite easy to start up. I do agree however, that the stove has two settings off or a full blaze. The Dragonfly is more appropriate for backpackers looking for different ranges of operation. All in all a very worth while product from a great company.

small, light, and good pot stability, but mediocre compared to the dragonfly, this is a good entry level stove, with a good price for what you get

The stove works well, you don't have to sleep with it when it gets cold. However, It seems to take forever to get up to heat when using kerosene. maybe should have bought the whisperlite instead.

A very reliable and durable stove, capable of providing years of faithful service. While other designs may now simmer,or be easier to use, this classic still manages to hold its own and withstand the tests of time.

Customer Service

Very responsive customer service. They are friendly and quick to help provide whatever it is you need, from parts to general help about warranty issues.

Just got the stove and am happy with it so far. Simple to get fired up. Doesn't simmer well, but with your undivided attention you can get a good hot meal without scorching your pots
