I've owned my Apex for many years now and have used it on countless trips ranging from overnighters to 4-5 nights, in the desert and in the Sierras. This stove has never given me any problems and has been very reliable - haven't even had to use the maintenance kit that came with the stove. Akways easy to light, and the flame control is a plus. Only negative comment is that the brass fuel nozzle that plugs into the stove recepticle has had some greenish corrosion, but a little sandpaper took it right off.
