This is an extremely comfortable and versatile harness. I have used it for sport climbing, mountaineering etc. It has always been comfortable and is adjustable enough to fit well over shorts or bulky mountaineering clothing. In my opinion this harnesses outstanding features are its low price, ease of putting it on, and leg loops that can be taken off without removing the entire harness. I would recommend this product for anyone needing a highly adjustable, versatile harness that is comfortable enough for rock climbing and light enough for mountaineering.

I've been happy with the BOD. It's not the most comfortable for belaying, but what harness really is? I use it for the gym and small rocks. (that's all I do) What else can I say, its a good harness.

I bought it because it fit well and the price was great and it has performed very well. I use it mostly in the gym and in the mountains, and it has always been very comfortable. The simplicity is convenient.

This is one of the most versitile harnesses out there. It is a beefed uped version of the alpine bod harness with 4 gear loops and sychnillia padding on the waist. This harness is ready for a week in the mountains or any climb at the local crag.

Iv'e gone climbing with my friend who has this harness and used it. His is a large and I wear a medium, and I still thought it was comfortable and worked very well for being too big. I decided that I was going to get one and I haven't regreted this decision yet. The one thing this harness would be better with is padded legs, but what do you expect out of a harness made for mountaineering and rock climbing, both in the same harness. A good choice for anybody looking for a good harness at a reasonable price.

I love this harness!!! So do many others if you notice the number of revews for this item. It is incredibly comfortable and great for long belays. There is a comment below about the leg loops coming undone.....I have never had a problem. You have to double back the leg loop strap. Anyways I recommend this harness for sport, techinical, and for belaying purposes!

Great harness for the price. Perfect for alpine, and ok for gym, but definitely not designed for hanging belays. My only complaint with the design is that the straps that hold the leg loops in place in the back tend to always come undone.

Very nice harness, the best i've ever tried for long routes, but works well even at the gym. You can wear it for hours and forget about it, plus the manufacture details are great!
Sorry for my bad english, but believe me the harness is grat and well priced.

Well heck, it's a definite improvement from my original Whillan's
nut-buster harness of the 70's. The reviews I read pretty much cover
what I would say, and I would only add that the design for doubling back
while tying in is well done and easy to use. This is the feature that
was new to me compared to my previous harness bought 8-9 years ago.
Good all-around harness that I hope to use more for climbing and
less for that metal roof on my house that is almost done.
