Summary:
Let's be realistic. No ski will make you a better skier. A great skier will ski great no matter what they use. A mediocre skier will still be mediocre in a wide range of skiis just as long as they don't get in the way. The main thing skiis do is make it easier to do things you know how to do or make it feel better while you are doing it. So my idea is work less on what you ski on and more on what you are doing when you ski. That said, here are my thoughts.

Summary:
The Four isn't a bad ride but it has been overtaken by newer skis. If you like the graphics and flashing lights go right ahead. In al, it's a compromise. Buy a pair of skiboards to carve and a pair of 207s to bomb and you'll have more fun.

Summary:
Sweet skis for going everywhere, especially in the east. There's not too much powder so I can't comment on the tips sinking, but you don't have to worry about powder too often in the east.

Summary:
I guess it's served its purpose at the time but there are more responsive skis that hang in like glue when your rocketing down the mountain. It all depends on what you're looking for. If you want to cruise, then yeah, this could be for you. If you want to go a bullet speed down a hard packed to icy slope then maybe look at the Merlin VI.

Summary:
I had not been skiing in over 5 years. I went up and rented the first time and fell back in love with skiing. Next, it was time for me to buy some new skiis. I saw these skiis at a local retail store and decided to research them before buying. I ended up at this web site. What a streak of luck, because everything said by those who give them a high rating is true. I couldn't believe how easy it was to ski again and actually ski better in only a couple of times using them. I have even done some double diamond runs with them that I normaly would not have tried before. I want to thank each and everyone who sumbitted reviews. It assisted me in making what I believe was a great decision. Hope this helps those who are looking for a great pair of skis.
